We discuss your terrace, views, budget, and timeline. You receive a written scope summary within 48 hours.

Site Survey
On-site measurement, sun path analysis, structural notes, and photography. Survey fee €150 EUR credited to design.

Concept Design
Mood boards, layout options, and preliminary 3D views. One revision round included.

Detailed Design
Construction drawings, planting schedules, lighting plans, and material specifications with EUR itemised budget.
05
Permits & Approvals
Condominium submissions and heritage consultations managed on your behalf where required.
06
Build & Handover
Installation by vetted contractors with weekly progress updates. Final walkthrough and maintenance guide provided.
