These Terms govern your use of impelgiafe.bond and services provided by Impelgiafe, Via de Tornabuoni 16, 50123 Firenze, Italy.

Services

Impelgiafe provides terrace, rooftop, and balcony design services. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual project agreements. All quoted prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Quotations & Payment

Quotations are valid for 30 days. Payment terms: 40% on design approval, 40% at build commencement, 20% on completion. Late payments may incur interest at the legal rate under Italian law (D.Lgs. 231/2002).

Intellectual Property

Design drawings and concepts remain Impelgiafe property until full payment. Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use designs for the specified project only.

Cancellation

Design work cancelled after concept approval is billed for work completed. Deposits are non-refundable once site survey has been conducted.

Liability

We carry professional indemnity insurance. Liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the relevant project, except where limited by mandatory Italian consumer law.

Consumer Rights

EU consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts. Design services commenced with your express consent may be exempt under Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Firenze, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
